The sole basis of our beliefs is the Bible, God’s infallible written Word, the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments. We believe that it was uniquely, verbally and fully inspired by the Holy Spirit and that it was written without error (inerrant) in the original manuscripts. It is the supreme and final authority in all matters on which it speaks.
Bible – The Holy Scriptures
We believe and teach that the Bible is the Word of God, the sixty-six Books of the Old and New Testaments, verbally inspired in all parts (plenary), therefore, wholly without error (inerrant), as originally given of God.1
The One True God
We believe and teach that God exists eternally as three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.2 He is the infinite, eternal, omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent Spirit,3 perfect in all His attributes, one in essence and nature, worthy of all worship, trust, and obedience.

The Holy Spirit
We believe and teach in the personality of the Holy Spirit,4 His deity,5 and His work in each believer: baptizing and indwelling at the moment of regeneration,6 and filling7 to empower for Christian life and service.8

The Lord Jesus Christ
We believe and teach in the preexistence and deity of Jesus Christ,9 His incarnation by virgin birth,10 His sinless life,11 His substitutionary death,12 His bodily resurrection,13 His ascension into heaven and present ministry,14 and His coming again.15

Man
We believe and teach that man is the direct creation of God, being made in the image of God,16 that he subsequently fell into sin resulting in spiritual death,17 and that the new birth is necessary for his salvation.18

Salvation
We believe and teach that salvation is by God’ grace alone, received as the gift of God through personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and His finished work.

The Church
We believe and teach that there is one true church, the body and the bride of Christ,20 composed of all true believers of the present age;21 and the organization of its members in local churches for worship, for edification of believers, and for worldwide gospel witness, each local church being autonomous but cooperating in fellowship and work.22
The Christian Life
We believe and teach that true believers must exhibit a life of unceasing righteousness, good works and separation unto God from the evil ways of the world,23 manifested by speaking the truth,24 maintaining the sanctity of the home,25 settling differences between Christians in accordance with the Word of God,26 not engaging in carnal strife but showing a Christlike attitude toward all men,27 exhibiting the fruit of the Spirit,28 and maintaining a life of prayer,29 including the privilege, when sick, of calling for the Elders of the church to pray and to anoint with oil in the name of the Lord.30

The Ordinances
We believe and teach that Christians are commanded to observe the ordinances of our Lord Jesus Christ, which are baptism and communion. We believe in water baptism by immersion and practice the triune form,31 baptizing once each in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. We participate in the communion of the bread and the cup as symbolic
representations of the sacrificial body and blood of Christ.

Angels and Satan
We believe and teach in the existence of angels, both holy (spirit beings who worship and serve God32), and fallen (spirit beings who oppose God33). We believe and teach that Satan is the chief of the fallen angels, and as the great adversary of God and His people,34 is under God’s judgment,35 and will finally be doomed.36

Second Coming of Christ
We believe and teach in the personal, visible, and imminent return of Christ to remove His church from the earth,37 before the tribulation,38 and afterward to descend with the Church to establish His millennial kingdom upon the earth.39

The Future Life
We believe and teach in the conscious existence of the dead,40 the resurrection of the body,44 the judgment and reward of believers,42 the judgment and condemnation of unbelievers,43 the eternal life of the saved,44 and the eternal punishment of the lost45.
